Sitting in a airport in Osaka. Clearly very tired and disoriented but I made it! Now waiting for everyone to get their shit together (like phone and money) and then were off to the inn!
Edit: I hate moving bathrooms so I didn’t pee for the entire 13 hour flight. Add dehydration to the list of things I am experiencing.
I will land in Japan! Perhaps I will start blogging about my adventures. Stay tuned :)

Watch that video above. That fine gentleman you see there is the amazingly talented Tyler Daniel Bean. Hailing from Burlington VT, Tyler sharpened his claws playing with his old screamo band Ghosting. Today, I’m so incredibly proud to announce the addition of Tyler’s solo project to the Kat Kat Records family. Tyler first sent me his demo a bit over a year ago, and I was more than impressed when I heard those songs. But then when he sent me this full length, Longing, I was floored with how good this thing was. It genuinely and honestly encompasses all the ups and downs, all the ins and outs of what makes a great great indie-rock record. After a waiting game between Tyler, us, and another prospective label (<3), I’m excited to announce the upcoming LP release for Longing - Tyler’s first full-length output. May 8th is the tentative release date for this, just in time for Tyler’s upcoming summer touring.
You’re sure to love this record if you’re a fan of artists such as Brand New, Pedro the Lion, and Desaparecidos
